Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to USA
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
